PAJUBÁ, creative network for diversity
I am the CEO, one of the co-founders (alongside with Ariel Nobre), and currently sole owner at PAJUBÁ, Diversidade em Rede (Diversity Network in english), a creative consultancy focused on innovation from cultural diversity and social impact. (Since 2017, founded in São Paulo)
///// ABOUT THE COMPANY
PAJUBÁ is a creative consultancy focused on innovation with the lenses of cultural diversity.
We articulate diverse networks of creatives, academics, consultants, speakers, educators, and other professionals from many different fields to prepare brands, companies and projects to build structural diversity within.
We believe that cultural diversity and social impact are the foundation of a building: the driving forces for innovation, and the main conditions for creativity and longevity of a company or project. Our mission is to disseminate this view throughout the market and help people and organizations who also share this view.
We create strategies to leverage inclusion and the representation of various cultures into the market, the media, the arts, and all spaces of society.
PAJUBÁ built itself as an agency for connecting different life experiences as a method to leverage otherness; we mediate possible encounters between the street and the office, the outskirts and the center, those outside and those inside. We promote basic injections of otherness for the sense of humanity needed in order to get in touch with reality -- a fundamental process to outlive the future.
